Yes! While any form of exercise carries some risk injury, the health benefits of consistent exercise far outweigh any potential risks. In fact, given the abundance of preventable chronic disease in our society, we argue that it is unsafe to NOT exercise! Furthermore, unlike many other “conventional” gyms, every class you attend will be led and supervised by a certified Crossfit instructor that is specifically there to help you with form and technique and help prevent any potential injuries.
While we don’t offer nutrition services directly, we have several contacts within our network of trainers and friends that offer one on one nutrition coaching, meal prep services, and more. We also regularly engage in nutrition challenges and provide educational content to our members.
While you may receive some benefit to having a contract (see our pricing) we have flexible billing options available for single classes, less than full-time membership, month to month billing, and more.
